I have learnt a range of healing modalities because people are naturally drawn to different things and one thing does not suit all.
Some people may be drawn to crystals and others might love sound or even just a voice or touch. Whichever you resonate with, I will work with this to help you. I can also bring in Kinesiology and Emmett therapy techniques.
Holistic healing is not just about treating symptoms. Focussing on a person’s whole mind, body and spirit helps to restore balance within and promotes overall well-being.
Even as a child I suffered with anxiety myself and can relate with good understanding on how bad it can be for people. I specialise in helping people who suffer with anxiety related issues.
